It’s not one of Scottsdale’s exclusive golf allures, such as nationally-ranked courses TPC Scottsdale, Troon North and Grayhawk Golf Club.
Even so, according to Golf Now, “Starfire Golf Club in north central Scottsdale is one of the most popular, user-friendly, and affordable golf facilities in the Valley of the Sun.”
It’s not just popular, it’s valuable: Starfire just sold for a whopping $24 million.
 The new owners hardly need an introduction.

Given the amount of construction going on now in Scottsdale, Phoenix, the " West Valley" and Buckeye, I wouldn't be surprised if StarfireCC became condos or rental apartments soon.
