I also find that Bing Maps is typically updated with newer aerials much sooner than Google Maps.

For example, Bing shows the new green at Memorial Park #17, while Google maps does not.

Thaks Matt, Google Earth golf course browsing is one of my favorite distractions.

A couple of new constructions worth noting (from web-based Google Earth):

Fall Line Club (OCM), Junction City, Ga - first eighteen complete, second eighteen under construction, some holes complete

Wicker Point (C&C), Lake Martin, Al - Most holes complete

Old Barnwell, Aiken, SC - Partial aerial

Thanks for bringing this one to our attention, Keith. Good find. The dual styles of having sandbelt and heathland inspired courses on that property adds a pretty drastic level of aesthetic variety. There's a par 3 on the northeast corner of the routing that, from overhead, could be mistaken for a London area Colt. Then, closer to the driver range, I spot a green with bunker edges directly cutting into it.

A bit surprising, too, to see holes routed along what appears to be a manufactured pond, including a water carry par 3.

On a similar theme of small membership new builds, Ladera in Thermal is now visible online as well.
