GM doesn't, but GD does (Top 20) as does Matt's magazine (that he edits and writes for), Jersey Golfer, which has a Top 50, I believe.

Thanks for the correction -- mea culpa on my part!
Golf Magazine doesn't provide a breakdown by states to the best of my knowledge. Jersey Golfer -- a publication I edit does. Every two years we provide a detailed breakdown of the best courses in the state.
As Scott correctly pointed out we listed the best overall 50 courses in 2002 and will do again next year. We do get feedback from roughly 50 participants who know the state very well.
