From what I heard I believe it's on the NE corner Wiggins Pass & Vanderbilt. That land has been targeted as a golf course for over 25 years. Finally coming to fruition.
Yup, just north of Olde Collier.
There is definitely an appetite for "golf only" (no houses) down there as there are not many choices unless you live in one of the hundreds of "bubble communities".
My guess is it will carry a $250K-$500K entrance tag though....
