The TaylorMade Pebble Beach pro-am is being played Nov. 17-20. The format is similar to the AT&T, 3 days of pro-am golf over 3 different course followed by a cut for the low teams and the 40 low pros playing on Sunday at Pebble.
It is low-key event. What makes it unique is that the field of pros includes players from the PGA, LPGA, Champions and Korn Ferry tours. The players from the various tours play from different tees to mitigate the distance issues.
What makes the event really unique is that attendance and parking is
free, a word not often associated with Pebble Beach. Spectator attendance is
very sparse. Only the tee boxes and greens are roped off. Otherwise you can pretty much amble down the fairways (within reason) along with the players.
Sunday is the best day to go. It is a great way to walk the course and see it up close and personal. I have attended on Sunday a good number of times and have even seen a few pros carrying their own bags.
You can see the listing of pros playing in the event here:

P.S. There is usually a refreshment tent between the 16th green and 17th where you can pick up a free hot dog!
