Mark your calendars, gents.

I will solicit actual RSVPs later this spring.  On-site accommodations will be available for twelve for Friday and Saturday evenings.

An earlier date means more daylight, which means a larger field can be accommodated.  Course conditions will be exceptional.

I hear that Scott Weersing is planning to repeat as George Cup Champion, in case anyone is wondering.

Not being held on my Anniversary, nor a week before my deadlines. It's on the calendar.


Hopefully we'll see the return of GC II Champion Andy Hughes.

You will might have to choose between the Dixie Cup 2016 and the George Cup 6. I am sure both are fun.

Gents:

I played the front nine today with Tommy "Sweet T" Williamsen and can vouch that he is well into George Cup preparations.  The shot he hit into #1 (low, one hop up the false front, settled pin high inside 20 feet) bodes poorly for the rest of the field.

If he could putt as wel as Mrs. Williamsen (seriously), he would be a shoo-in.  Fortunately, he can't.

I look forward to posting RSVP details soon.  Our schedule conflict with the Dixie Cup is unfortunate and I encourage everyone to consider that fine event as well.
