He is a Philly treasure. He was at a GCA event a few years ago and it was a very informative night.

Matt/Ed,

Pete is indeed a treasure and he's been very helpful in publicizing our efforts to uncover and reveal Philadelphia architectural history as well as our efforts to restore Cobb's Creek Golf Course.
