Gaillarida Golf and Country Club foreclosure

This course has had an interesting life.. originally an Arthur Hills course, Tom Kite of all people was brought in to redesign. Its held a Shell Wonderful World of Golf match and 2 Senior PGA Tour Championships. I never thought much of the course before or after Tom Kite. It does have a modest 55,000 square foot clubhouse.

By the looks of that clubhouse I can see why it's in foreclosure.

I think would make a good poster child for the excess that was 90's era golf course architecture.

It looks like a commecial for the Stepford Villages just looking at the design aerial of the entire complex. Everything is "perfect" except the foundation...
