As I stated earlier, I think The East is clearly the better course as it is more consistent in its quality throughout. Even so, if one is playing The East it makes sense to play The West unless pressed for time.  Looked at from this perspective, a game on The West should be far from a disappointment.  Indeed, The West is every bit the course that many more celebrated 2nd tier courses are and comfortably better than some of the more famous 2nd tier courses.

Sean, Tony and Garland, many thinks for the pics. It just looks like great golfing country. Interested to hear Donald Steel get some praise as well.
