With only having played a couple of these courses, I don't remember Ottawa Park (in its current form) being nearly as interesting as Eastmorland. Eastmoreland could use some tree trimming, but it was still fun and very interesting (although its been a while). I don't remember Ottawa Park rising to the same level.
