The original Sun City has 8 golf courses- 3 "executives" and 5 regulation courses:
http://www.sunaz.com/golf/default.html
Also, there is also a daily fee course in Sun City:
http://www.suncitycountryclub.org/
Also, Union Hills CC is nearby:
www.unionhillscc.com
Sun City West has 7 courses- 3 "executives" and 4 regulation courses plus 1 private and 1 daily fee:
http://suncitywest.org/golf.htm
Also, the now semi- private Corte Bella GC is in SCW:
www.cortebellagolfclub.com
. This is a very good course by Gary Panks.
I've played Grandview and Trail Ridge there. Both are very good courses.
Sun City Grand has 4 regulation courses: Desert Springs,Cimarron and Granite Falls North & South

I believe Corte Bella is a Greg Nash design.

All of the Sun City Grand courses are also by Greg Nash. All are nice without being memorable.
There's also an even further out Sun City development called Festival with a Troon-operated course called Copper Canyon. Can't recall now who designed that track.

Yes, Corte Bella is a Nash design. I confuse it with nearby Trilogy at Vistancia by Panks.
Sun City Festival- Copper Canyon is a Schmidt-Curley design and is managed by Troon:

Nash and his now retired partner Jeff Hardin have had a hand in the development of most all of the Arizona Del Webb courses (Sun City, Sun City West). Pretty good gig.
