For the archive, here is the full 18 at Ardsley from 1897.  This adds to posts 126, 142, and 173.  The 9 shown in post 126 are the same holes as 1-7 and then 8=17 and 9=18.



and for added measure here is a picture of Willie Dunn laying out the second nine.  We're not certain but think he is standing somewhere along the 16th hole (before the hole was finished of course) in the above layout.

That particular site of the Marine and Field Club, if memory serves, combined with the Dyker Meadow Club, and parts of both original courses today occupy land used by the Dyker Beach Golf course, a NYC Muni of particular character.
