The Grand Hotel – later known as Hamilton Hall was opened in 1895. So hence why the early photos do not show it.

I've been told that it is mountain range that the helicopters are flying over in the openinng credits. The ground is where Errol Flynn's Robin Hood was filmed.

I like the contrast of the 18th hole at Atlantic City CC and the casino/hotels in the background:



Here is the 12th at White Manor, a neat par 3 of about 190 yards:

Dan, I've modified that post above as that par 3 isn't 'little'.  It plays around 190 yards from the back tee.
