Ian,

18 is driving me nuts.  That very much looks like the Mt. Spokane area in the background of those pics.  I just can't place the course..    :'(

West Terrace is out west of town not far from airport, I've been out there and it looked similar but apparently not.

Ian,

Finally figured it out after taking a look 3rd look at the aerial of Deer Park.  The par 3 with the waste area and homes behind are very clear now.

I was starting to wonder if it was Wandamere or the newer one Antler Springs.

Sweet!  That par-3 (16) looks very out of place to me, but in general I thought the course was good for the price.  I also liked the idea of having waste bunkers as a buffer from the home sites.

OK, last hints.

#13 is a golf course in wester Ireland that has already been mentioned in this thread.  It has 27 holes.

#16 is a golf course in northwestern Ireland.  It's par 73, about 7400 yards (holes are measured in meters).
