Anyone know anything about Sage Valley?  I believe it's in Georgia or South Carolina.

I have a friend in town that mentioned it, but we haven't heard anything about it.

Paul,
Supposedly a very exclusive club between Augusta Ga. and Aiken S.C. that should be open by now.  Fazio design for a gentleman that has built a number of Walmarts.  Rumor has initiation around $200,000.  Just off ofd interstate 20 over the SC line.

shivas:

I guess you won't be joining Trump International.  It's rumored that it takes $350,000 to join!

Last I heard, Pasatiempo was around 200K, but it is down from 300K since the dot com bubble burst.  A little steep for a semi-private course that anyone can play for $150 a round.

I played Sage Valley on the way to Augusta from Long Cove.  It's in Aiken, and probably will be in the top 10 lists for best 2002 new courses.

It's Fazio at his best:  well-shaped, highly-manicured holes that stand on their own merits in a very pretty setting.
