Congrats to Gil, Geoff and Jim and their new project in Baja. It will be great to see them alongside what is deemed a pretty strong Fazio course, and I think they are up to the challenge.

Is it Rees?

One of the Desert Mt. courses?

You may be thinking of Quintero G&CC, a Rees Jones in NW Phoenix.
