It would appear the Cobb's Creek closed in October 2020 for a renovation/redesign.
What progress has been made since?

Clearing and other work, as per MC the other night.

The Foundation will now seek building permits from the city, according to a spokesperson. The driving range and education center will be built after the creek restoration and wetland creation project.

I believe the range and education center will precede or be done in tandem with the Creek restoration but otherwise here's the latest reporting.
