Title: Fairways slowed down at Royal Melbourne

I have a vague recollection of this change but do not recall it discussed.  When I played there in 2005 I remember the ball rolling forever.  Does this change have a significant impact in the way the course plays? 

"Since Els shot his 60 here seven years ago, Royal Melbourne has changed the fairway grass to a slower version, taking away some of the roll."
