Title: more firm and fast and brown?

Geoff S has an item today that states that some San Diego courses are the above due to water restrictions

anybody else notice the same at any other courses for whatever reason, including less watering to save money, etc....

Paul,
My home club in SE Pennsylvania is now much firmer/faster due to a desire to use less water and to be more true to the original design intent.
