Title: How do we post images these days?
Post by: Ronald Montesano on March 12, 2018, 08:15:27 PM
It has been so long since I did a photo tour, that I've forgotten how to do it. I used to go to an old thread and look at the html, but the db (discussion board) doesn't show HTML anymore. I'll do a NAME THAT HOLE thread as a means of expressing my gratitude.

If the image is already hosted elsewhere, right click the image and copy the image address.  When posting on here, click the 'insert image' button and paste the whole link.

If you click on the bracketed arrow icon, you can see the code needed.

This did not work for me. I'll try again.

To clarify, I had to hit the far-right button (toggle view) first. Then I hit the far-left button (insert image) and the brackets came up. That is quite odd, but it worked. If I simply hit the insert image button first, a useless popup appeared and no image was inserted.
