Despite disagreeing with some of his assessments, this was one very smart and genuine man!  I’m sorry to hear of his passing.


I had met Bill through my old, late friend, Desmond Muirhead, who felt Bill was one of the most intelligent men he ever knew.  Imagine that! One genius (and Desmond was a genius!) complimenting another—his praise of Bill was never ending!
