Kawartha (Stanley Thompson) Hole by Hole "Drone" Tour

I will always be a huge fan of Kawartha Golf & Country Club.
I believe this course has more architectural merit than just about every other Stanley Thompson courses - except the Big Five.

Some of the restoration work - like the bunkers - are done.
Still needs some grassing work and tree removal.

Hope this is a fun insight into one of my favourite places to play.

Although they are rare, I like courses that end on a par 3.  It may just be the fact that love the idea of finishing your round with a walk off hole in one.

Great stuff, Ian. Kawartha's become one of my absolute favourite places to play in Ontario.

Ian,
What a beautiful course, did they ever build that new clubhouse they have been talking about for years? Are you sure the video's were taken from a drone, or did you strap a camera to your golf ball... straight down the middle on every hole ?
Those summer images are hard to imagine at this time a year.
