Anybody know if this will be the second or third owner or more. 850,000 dollars sounds like a real bargin even in these times for a Nicklaus course and to top it off only one bidder??

Shawnee seems like a very logical buyer. It provides another championship caliber venue to compliment their existing 27 holes which can be subject to flooding. Shawnee Resort is right around the corner from Great Bear.

One would believe for $850,000 the numbers would work, given the play the Shawnee resort can send the facilities way.

Owner #1 had about 10x into the course.....I never could make the numbers work.
