Title: Golframes
Post by: Forrest Richardson on December 06, 2008, 01:18:42 PM
A few months back I got some new requests for prints of the Cypress plan that I had drawn in 2002 (the original hangs at Cypress.) I promised the www.golframes.com website might be up by December, but no such luck. However, Erika the webmaster did post a temporary page at www.golframes.com that shows the four framed course prints, Cypress, Augusta, Oakmont and The Old Course.

GCA-ers and friends can get these for the next month for $59 plus whatever shipping is requested. Through the first of the year, each sale will throw some money in the pot for Keep It Classic, the non-profit that is working to help classic courses in the public sector find ways to restore and preserve their golf assets. To those who already contacted us, thanks!

Mike — Glad to hear you are happy. As you know, we lose a bit on each sale...but we plan on making up for it in volume.   ;D

Sort of like the US Govt. !!

Thanks for the response. Valerie has been kept busy packing and shipping. I suspect a decent check for Keep It Classic thanks to the GCA crowd.

I have purchased all 4 prints, they are very well done. Even my non-golfing wife likes them, which is the ultimate litmus test.

Tom — UPS or the US Post Office are both options. We recently shipped to Australia and it translates to 10+ days.

Thanks for the update.

I can vouch for the quality of the Cypress print.  I have it proudly on display in my home.
